So, if you want to experience training that mirrors the competition atmosphere, you should train with a combo rack! 2. Double Roller Hook with Height Adjustment Levers The combo rack features two sets of hooks: the upper ones for squats and the lower ones for bench presses. The height of both can be adjusted using levers. If you train with a partner who requires a different rack height, you can simply adjust it without needing to unload the weights first. Both sets of hooks utilize Roller J-Cups, making it easy to center the barbell. 3. Includes a Thick, Non-Slip Flat Bench The combo rack comes with a heavy-duty flat bench that can be detached when you want to squat. The bench meets IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) standards. It features a thick, substantial pad with a non-slip surface. The bench uses a single-leg base design, so you won't be bothered by your legs hitting the bench supports while performing an arch. Most commercial gym flat benches are uncomfortable for heavy benching due to low height (preventing effective leg drive), small pads that make shoulder stabilization difficult, and slippery surfaces that cause your back to slide. Our bench will support your bench press performance and reduce your risk of injury! 4. Heavy-Duty Weight Capacity The squat hooks are designed to support up to 400kg, and the bench press hooks up to 250kg. Most people won't reach these limits, making this rack extremely safe for you. 5. Long Safety Arms The safety arms on a combo rack serve as "face savers" during the bench press.
